Everyone recognizes macaroni as one of the pasta types that is also included in basic recipes like macaroni cheese. But maybe you have ever asked yourself how the process of making macaroni takes place. Macaroni as one of the most corn macaron manufacturers in Pune India we take pride in producing high standard products. So that the same macaroni is prepared without losing its taste, texture and appearance as it was prepared before.
Use of Finest Quality of Inputs
Raw material choice is the initial and the most important stage in the production of macaroni. We only employ durum wheat semolina, high in gluten and perfectly suited to pasta manufacture. Durum wheat to its advantage ensures that the macaroni maintains its shape when cooking and gives the right al dente texture. Use of reliable suppliers ensures that the raw materials used are of acceptable quality as we observed.
Milling and Mixing
After the purchase of the durum wheat, the wheat is milled into zwieback flour. Then this zwieback flour is mixed with clean water to prepare dough. At this stage particular care is taken in order to ensure that any of the ingredients used are not contaminated in any way. As one of the macaroni manufacturers in India, we have acquired high tech equipment to streamline and ensure accuracy of this process.
Extrusion Process: Shaping the Macaroni
This is done by pushing the dough through moulds where it is made to assume the usual elbow like form or other designs such as shells and tubes. Temperature controlled extrusion of aluminium is a very important process. This helps to give the pasta the right thickness and smoothness which are necessary to permit an evenly cooked pasta. The extruded macaroni is then divided in the required size in this case and proceeds to the stage of drying.
Drying for Durability
The drying process is one of the most important phases in macaroni production line. If they are not dried properly the pasta can become hard or chewy or can lose their texture qualities. In the case of drying in our facility, controlled speed dryers are utilised in order to achieve slow steaming. Which makes macaroni to be hard, and elastic, and fairly easy to prepare for eating. During the drying process the nutritional value of the pasta is also preserved.
Quality control and packaging
Also known as packaging is one of the critical areas of strain on a firm as it focuses on ensuring the standard of goods is maintained and they are packaged appropriately before being shipped.
After product development, the product undergoes a series of quality assurance before packaging. Some of these measures include, physical assessment, determination of moisture content, and finally cooking test, which defines the quality of the final macaroni product. Following quality assurance, the macaroni product is packed in environmentally friendly packaging materials and can be supplied to any part of India.
Conclusion
We do not treat the preparation of macaroni at our institution as a mere affair of followed recipes. This is because making it is more of an art, coupled with reasonable technology and the passion for the product. As one among the reliable macaroni manufactures in India, we try our best to serve you by ensuring that every piece of macaroni that comes out of our kitchen carries one hundred percent of the hard work that went into making it.
